Shipping Coverage

We ship across Pakistan to all major cities and regions including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and surrounding areas.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad):

  • Standard delivery: 2-3 business days

Other Cities (Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala, etc.):

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days

Remote Areas:

  • Delivery: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We frequently offer free delivery promotions on select products—check product pages for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp
  • Courier company name
  • Estimated delivery date

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Fabrics are packed in eco-friendly poly bags
  • Complete with brand tags, buttons, inlay cards, and care labels
  • Secure outer packaging to prevent damage during transit

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will attempt delivery 2-3 times. Please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at comforterhouse.pk@gmail.com or 03018655488 within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
